FRANK T. SANTRUCEK

OWNER & BROKER - MICHIGAN STATE REALTY

Frank is a life-long resident of Owosso, Michigan and has been in the Real Estate Industry since 1963. His life long ambition was to be a broker, serving the public needs.

After graduation from Owosso High School, Frank began taking courses in real estate and business from Flint Junior College and The University of Michigan Extension in Flint, Michigan. His first opportunity to sell real estate as a licensed agent was with Bowman Realty, he then moved on to Don Craig Real Estate and eventually to the Roy Spiess Agency.

In 1974, he completed his Real Estate Broker instructions from Sharp Real Estate Training in Saginaw, Michigan. In March of 1975, his life long dream became reality - Frank opened his own office MICHIGAN STATE REALTY. Michigan State Realty is presently the only local office on the Shiawassee County Board of REALTORS® that has been in existence with the same broker for over 38 years!

In 2005, Frank was honored by the National Association of REALTORS® with the designation of REALTOR® EMERITUS in recognition of his over 40 years of "membership in the National Association of REALTORS® and in recognition of valuable and lasting contribution to the real estate profession in the Community."

Frank was honored in 1989 and again in 2007 by the Shiawassee Association of REALTORS® as their "REALTOR® of the Year!" "A truly humbling experience," he said, "knowing how many hard-working, caring and deserving REALTORS® are in the Shiawassee Association."

According to Frank, one of the greatest pleasures he derives from his job is seeing the genuine happiness of people who have purchased a new home - especially those who thought it would never be possible.

The number of programs presently available thru lending institutions or his own land contract programs have helped many people with low down payments achieve their goals of home ownership.

During Frank's over 50 years of experience in real estate, one thing for him has not changed - his desire to assist people in the sale of their property or in their dream of becoming homeowners. That is why his office motto has remained the same over the years: "Lending YOU a Helping Hand in YOUR investment for the Future."

When interviewed after receiving the EMERITUS designation Frank was asked how he survived forty years in real estate, he answered simply: "I believe in honesty." "Much of my business is from repeat buyers and sellers, or friends and neighbors they have referred to me. They know that whether they are buying or selling, I will always be honest with them. I want their transaction experience to be a pleasant one and I also want them to be happy with their decisions once the transaction is completed. HONESTY - that is what I hope to offer anyone who chooses me as their REALTOR®".
