MICHIGAN STATE REALTY was started in early 1975 by Frank T. Santrucek.

The office serves Shiawassee County as well as southern Saginaw, eastern Clinton and western Genesee Counties.

LOCATED IN THE COUNTRY it is experienced in both rural and city residential sales. Frank Santrucek owns his own farm and is very well versed in the selling and buying of farm properties. Michigan State Realty is also involved in the buying and selling of LAND CONTRACTS.

Michigan State Realty is the only present member of the Shiawassee Association of REALTORS® that has been in existence with the same broker for over 38 years!
